Galaxy S
Phone has been facing occasional crashes (2-3times a month). While using, suddenly switches off on its own and when i try to restart it, then switches off again. After 3-4 tries, the same thing. Until i keep the switched off phone aside for 10-15mins minimum it doesn't start normally.
Bought in November 2022, US version.
Anyome else sailong in the same boat?

It appears that an expert intervention is required. The best course of action would be to contact customer care and send your crash log. However, before doing so, we can look for first aids.

Clear cache partition:
a. Turn off your phone.
b. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears.
c. Release the Power button, but continue to hold the Volume Up button until you see the Android recovery menu.
d. Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and select it using the Power button.
e. Once the process is complete, reboot your phone and see if the issue persists.

Step 3
Factory reset: If the issue persists, you may consider performing a factory reset. However, please note that this will erase all data on your phone, so it's essential to back up your important files and contacts before proceeding

If none of the above steps work, you should reach out to Samsung's customer support or visit an authorized service center for further assistance.
