Galaxy SHi,
Kindly follow the steps:
Go to Settings - Apps - Contacts - Clear Cache only.
Make sure there is enough storage for new contacts.
Export the contacts to a different path.
If the issue persists, kindly register your concern in the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask a question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
