Connecting Wifi Problems

Hi! Every time I want yo connect with a wifi net I cant do it. "Settings continue failing" is the message every time. What I can do? I m travelling 2 weeks monthly and I need it!! Thanks!

you wifi router has an issue. reset it and reconfigure it.

Do you mean reconfigure all the device whith a factory reset or what?

yes, reset your router to factory settings first only if you know how to reconfigure it.

sorry but I dont understand. Routers are external and I have problems with all them. The problem is in my S7. conect only with the wifi nets I just keep before.

Hi. I did everything you suggested. When I reseted the S7 I could connect to wifi. When I restored it, the problem returned. So now besides not being able to connect I have to reconfigure my emails, I lost my conversations of whatsapp .. .which is sure.I do not go back to buying a Samsung. Thank you
