My Samsung S21 Ultra 5g is fairly new but when I connect wired charged it now says "slow charging, phone's temperature is low". What can I do to fix this problem?
Don't charge it while you're in the north pole. Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Ask Question. Click on it and follow the steps
