Bubble popup problem after UI3.0 update S 10 lite

My facebook messenger and whatsapp is not showing bubble popup notification when a message receives... it is showing in notification but like before messenger chat heads and smart popup view is not working correctly.... is there any settings for that?

Hi, go to Settings > Notifications > Select Brief or Detailed > Including Apps

I have checked in Notifications settings.. but chat head and popup view is not appearing when i recieve new message

And i found something in whatsapp notification settings like this....priority levels and bubbles are not supported by this app

How about other applications, are you receiving the popup notification?

others also no popup or bubble

You go to notification-->advance setting-->floating notification--> bubbles. It's okay.
