Bluetooth switching off automatically

Hi , please can anyone help or advise ? 
When ever i am pressing the Bluetooth on it is not working, and as what you can see in the attached vid , it keeps lagging like that ....

1. Restart your phone.


2. Clear Bluetooth cache:

Go to Settings > Apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache.



3. Check for updates: Go to Settings > Software update and update if needed.


4. Reset network settings: Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.


5. Try Safe Mode: Hold the power button, then hold "Power off" until you see Safe Mode. This helps check if an app is causing the issue.
