Bixby voice won't respond, with button nor with voice command

my Bixby won't turn on no matter. it was fine all the past months since I've bought but it won't work nor show in Bixby home. I've tried pressing it long enough and calling it's name, with no success.

mine is keeping on prompting even if i didnt call bixby, just watching videos and bixby will come out and turned the volume up or low. it's annoying.
