Bixby voice won't respond, with button nor with voice command

my Bixby won't turn on no matter. it was fine all the past months since I've bought but it won't work nor show in Bixby home. I've tried pressing it long enough and calling it's name, with no success.

I am unable to reset settings, as my Samsung account password is not recognized.....advised to try again on each attempt. Is there a fix?
