Bixby voice won't respond, with button nor with voice command

my Bixby won't turn on no matter. it was fine all the past months since I've bought but it won't work nor show in Bixby home. I've tried pressing it long enough and calling it's name, with no success.

Guys here is the solution.
I had the same problem before a month in my note 8 but it's chill now.
The all you have to do is
Go to the settings
Open App manager
Clear all the data from each bixby option (it will not effect on your score)
There are six bixby apps in App manager .Clear all of them.
Your problem will be solved.
