Battery life degrading by day on brand new s24 ultra oneui7

I've had my S24 Ultra for about a month, and at the start, I was getting insane battery life; I didn't have to charge it for a day and a half most of the time. One UI 7 came out, and people reported worse battery life, but that wasn't the case for me. But since ten days ago, my battery life has dropped to less than half. I'm barely getting 4 hours of screen-on time on power saver and 720p. Battery stats just said Instagram was taking 20% usage on average per day, but nothing else was taking more than 1% or 2%. I usually use it at less than 50% brightness, too. What should I do?

Try resetting the phone

Will I lose any data?

Yeah you will loose the data. i mean if there was no option as a last option try resetting.

Yeah you can optimize the apps and restart and see

I optimised i think it helped a bit but I was on battery saver 720p
With WiFi only
I'll check it out and post again
Should I do clear cache anyway to get that out of the way?

Do a restart after the optimization

Also I have like 10 gb free so backing up will take alot of time it seems so unpractical.
I heard online I can do wipe cache through recovery should I do that?

If optimization didn't work you can try clearing cache
