Galaxy SWe recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Optimize Battery Usage: Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Usage to identify any apps consuming excessive battery power. You can force stop or optimize these apps to reduce battery usage.
2. Adjust Display Settings: Lower the screen brightness, enable adaptive brightness, and reduce screen timeout duration to conserve battery power.
3. Update Software: Ensure your device's software is up-to-date by checking for any available software updates in Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
4. Close Background Apps: Close any unnecessary apps running in the background to prevent them from draining battery and causing the device to heat up.
5. Enable Power Saving Mode: Activate Power Saving Mode in Settings > Battery > Power Saving Mode to limit background processes and optimize battery usage.
