The improvements to a layman especially when the 24 is on UI7 will not be seen.... its only seen to heavy users, and those into tech & gamers for newer versions of games where the SD 8 Gen 3 of the 24 might stumble

Don't lie to your self bro. These companies are sitting on designs and tech that's ahead for years, they just holding back milking what we are currently buying. Why do you think immediately a phone is launched you start to get leaks and rumors of the next iteration? They holding on things nad just slowly release... just wait until another company brings something better you will see things coming out.
And yes it's true they getting it for S23 series right now... unfortunately Africa is last, even when you ready the news and announcements from Samsung..they will mention others ..even India is special compared to Africa.
