I don't have it too on my S24 Ultra.... I think it's among those new AI features that are on the Samsung Galaxy Flip 6 and Fold 6 and are expected to be available on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with the One UI 6.1.1 or One UI 7 update.

You're right; I reached out to Samsung, and they told me the same thing. But the strange thing about the matter is that these are publicity points about the feature in the S24 Ultra, and they are not supporting it. 🤔 #Samsung #S24Ultra #TechFail
