Depending on your device as well as you do not mention what phone you are using:

Method 1 -

without losing data would be to do the suggestion below:

Please note this can and could possibly "brick" your device if not done properly. You will need some good technical knowledge regarding the phones CSC and which regions CSC your device supports.

When changing the CSC to a USA based CSC, it will automatically download the latest version available for that region on your phone.

You can go to SamFw.com to get more info regarding this

Method 2 -
Will erase your phone completely when you flash using ODIN, I would advise changing your CSC beforehand even for this step as well.

You could try any other supporting CSC as well, but if the OTA server doesn't detect an update, you may need to flash the latest supported update via the ODIN software or Samfw tool. Just make sure you have the proper firmware for your device. This will erase your phone.

Just note that most USA firmware are carrier based supported firmware and may be the reason why it get's interupted.

If your device is an unlocked device ,meaning not regional locked any s21+ 5G would work, not sure if any major features would be impacted. You can search for your regions firmware first, then look at others
