You can use your phone while it's charging if you are not using the phone heavily, like playing CPU intensive games and downloading large files over mobile data.

As long as you are doing simple stuff like editing documents, taking some pictures, and playing 'light' games, then it's OK to use your phone while charging.

Using your phone heavily while charging, your battery life span will decrease and also heat up the device faster, and heat is the battery's enemy.

Am doing so because where I am currently, power is not stable, so like using WhatsApp, tiktok, instagram, and Twitter only? Will that be bad and it's it's everyday??

It's OK to use social media apps while the phone is charging. It won't be bad.

It only did that once when I was downloading something, but on just uinsh social media apps, it doesn't heat, and I get 7hours SOT

But avoid doing it too much, even if it doesn't heat. Like the guys above said, it'll degrade the battery faster
