Update Note9 system

Hey my little cousin is complaining about Note9 series lacking any updates at all please fix that

It doesn't get any further updates as of the year of its release as it has four years of sotware and security so there won't be any new updates for the android OS or Samsung one UI.

I have an S10+ 1TB ceramic version, and it no longer gets updates which is sad, but the SoC is old.
For an operating system to function properly, it needs proper hardware. This hardware changes almost every **bleep** year now, so programmers have to write firmware for these new SoC's, which may seem easy but it's not.
So support for older SoC's are later dropped because staff can't work on older and newer SoC updates.

If that makes sense, so companies would rather cut cost and spend important staff resources on newer SoC's and move with the times.
