Im from South Africa. Im using a Samsung Note20 still on October security patch. What is the latest security patch for Note20?

I've recently upgraded my normal NOTE20 5G to android 12 then my fingerprint no longer works properly ( mostly don't work then at some point it does) please assist 🙏🏻
