Galaxy NoteTo open the Quick settings panel, swipe down from the top of the screen using two fingers.
Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Edit buttons or Button order.
To move a button, touch and hold it, and then drag it into the desired position. Tap Done when you're finished.

Galaxy NoteYes the rotate button is missing but that's not the issue. The issue is, since the last update, there is no more auto rotate. Now, when you rotate your phone, whether it be to look at a picture, watch a video or anything else, there's a icon on the bottom right of the screen that you have to push to make the screen rotate. It's very a annoying. When I turn my phone, I want the screen to auto rotate. It does not do that even with auto rotate (auto rotate home screen is the only option) turned on.

Galaxy NotePull down your Quick Settings panel as described above.
Find the "Portrait" icon and long-press on it.
If "Rotate button on navigation" is enabled, disable it.
At the very top, you may need to re-enable Auto Rotate.
Kinda odd and annoying the Samsung UI people not only 'hid' these options within the Quick Settings panel, but made it a long-press on the button just to get to it.
