Please help me. My Galaxy Store can't open. It keeps saying update but wont open

My Galaxy Store is unable to open. It says update and after updating and installing, it closes and can't open. Keeps repeating the same instructions.

I would suggest a factory reset on the phone. You will have to back up all your data to say, a micro SD card. When doing the factory reset make sure the SD card is not in the phone.
