Note 20 Ultra Photo Artifacts

Is anyone else experiencing poor artifacting on photos taken with their note 20 smartphone?  Like a paintbrush filter effect is applied to the images when zoomed in

It's normal for a phone camera because of hardware limitations. To further add, Samsung usually heavily process their photos.
