Note 10plus keeps disconnecting from Mobile Network

Since updating to One UI 2.5, my phone can't keep the connection to network. It hoes between connected to emergency calls to no connection in 4 second cycles.

Most people find me unavailable when they try reach me.

Have you tried, different sim cards, to see if, it is a service provider issue, and not the phone itself

Thanks @Eugman, I have tried that and the network is great when using the other phone..

I have even done two factory resets, cleared the partition cache...but still.

Hi Tsogo_sam05 , I have taken it to the nearest service centre, seems the update is buggy, I'm trusting a security update will assist in resolving the network issue.

@Mbosh, until today your network is blocked? I am from Mozambique and I face the same problem.

@Thecopy, you will have to take it to the service centre, when I took mine they discovered the engine was malfunctioning, luckily it was still under warranty so it was fixed.
