My does my S Pen keeps disconnecting after I have charged my phone? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I am frustrated that I cannot use the
screen shot function when there is no Internet or WiFi connectivity on my Note 10+.

This is totally unacceptable

I leave in an area that has frequent Internet losses.

My device is not gving me full functional value.

If Bixby is off then screen shot is off as well. This is a serious disservice to me.

Please SAMSUNG restore the screen shot function that does not rely on the phone's network connectivity.

Samsung is for every part of the world and everypart of the world does not have the luxury of free and readily available WiFi or Internet.

PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR BASICS WHERE' A PHONE MUST TAKE SCREENSHOTS WITHOUT INTERNET
