Does anyone have problems with their S pen dissconecting? I get constant notifications that my S pen is dissconnected. I've reset it, remove and insert the pen, restart the phone nothing works. The pen features still work but I dont know for how long coz the pen is currently not charging

This problem started last week. I have the phone for over 2 years. I checked on the samsumg forums on google, theres a few people with this problem but no one with a solution

I want it to stay connected to the phone as its supposed too and yes charging the pen as well

Hi, EarthAngels please do the following.

1. From the home screen, select Apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select advanced features.
4. Select S Pen.
5. Select s Pen remote.
6. Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner.
7. Select Reset S Pen.

* Please ensure that the S Pen is inserted on the device while resetting.

Hi Tsogo, in my experience this doesn't work because the S Pen doesn't connect to the device even once inserted. No connection - unable to reset.

Hi EarthAngels, I came across your post trying to fix the very same issue with my device & S-Pen. Did you manage to find a solution?

I'm am having the exact same issue with my S Pen on my Note 10 Plus as of recently as well. Any one found a fix as yet? When the pen does connect at odd times, I have noticed the battery percentage goes up and down uncontrollably with the pen connecting and disconnecting in between. If the air command option is switched off the pen still works fine. I have also used the Samsung Members diagnostic tool and the S Pen test passes but keeping it mind it does not test the air command options.
