Note 10 lite external speaker issues

Hi. 

Ive been having this issues with the external speaker on my Note 10 lite, where it intermittently stops working. 

It will be working fine the one moment, then dead the next. 

Phone has been sent to Samsung for repairs, they can't seem to find the problem. Speaker was replaced as well as the flexi. 

Anyone else have this problem?
