I forgot my lock screen password how do I change it? I still have access to the phone through biometrics but at some point it'll ask for the screen lock password.. please assist!

Hi PrimeGupta,

Kindly be advised that you may unlock the device using the Samsung account details, you will be able to unlock the device and it will delete the password.

Please note the device must be on and connected to the network for it to be unlocked.

Ow and find my device wasn't on so
