FingerPrint and Iris scanner !

Can't unlock my device with iris or fingerprint .. and its working in settings.. i can add new iris and new fingerprint..

so am sure its not hardware issue...

this problem happened 1 week after i bought the device i did a factory reset and it worked again .. but again after 1 week of using the device it happened again ... so annoying to open it by password or pin when you are used to unlock by finger print .....

anyone having the same problem ??

samsung customer service is not helpfull they also did a factory reset

report it ... They'll fix it. or contact customer care... whatever you'll be getting new anyways

All Note 7's are getting replaced, so wait for your new phone

at present I don't seem to have that issue but I'm not sure if I'll have that problem with a new note 7

I need iris
