Fast charging Software problem on Note 10 lite

My Galaxy Note 10 lite, Samsung charger "charge” other phones perfectly.
The older tipe of "chargers" charge my phone perfectly in 3.5 hours. 
The port is clean.
I tried charging it on fast charging, aswell as on, fast charging on off.
I switched it to power saving mode while charging. The charger suddenly don't work with phone .... Why ???
Maybe it's the software that is corrupt ?

Hi, OldLady apologies for the inconvenience caused, kindly back up your data and reset your phone to factory.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Accounts and backup
4. Select Backup.

You can also backup and update using Samsung Smart switch. Herewith Smart switch link:

Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.
