Failing to update to android 12

Am running android 11 and each time I try to update  am told my software is up to date.  Kindly  assist

I wonder why Samsung has taken this long to roll out the update to Zambia. Anyway we shall continue to wait until they do so

You're not failing to update, the OS hasn't been rolled out to your device yet.

Samsung A71 4g the update was for last month today is the first and still nothing ??? Sorry just Chekcked it was Februarie now to moved the April.
