Dear Samsung

So I decided to go against my decision not to upgrade to the Note 20 Ultra 5G because of my love for the note line up.

This is a very beautiful device I'm enjoying using it but my problem with it is battery drain. as soon as I take it off charge 10 minutes later it will sitting on 97% battery even though it is optimized, I've even stopped using it as a daily driver because of this device it even gets very hot 🔥 that I wory it will go Note 7 on me. this what we get at the same price with a snapdragon chipset. I'm becoming more and more a Apple fan boy. my old iPhone 11 pro max 256gb battery last long than this new phone. Samsung as long as you're giving us different phones across the globe this is my last Samsung phone. Apple products are the same across the globe why can't you do the same listen to the people.

Samsung needs to fix this problem maybe with a software update or it's a hardware problem

There must be some app that drains it just check. my Note 10+ if not used much stays charged for atleast a day nd half. If any background apps or games are running it does drain immediately after u charge.

My Note has improved battery 🔋 usage getting better now
