Colour of phone weird

The colour went faded. It's like pail. It seem like the Red colour dissappear 

Like the WhatsApp add is not green it's lime sort of colour.....

Does anyone many know what might have gone wrong?

Yes you was right ... settlings. Accessibility ... and colour correction.... I don't know how that happend it was on it must be off
I also put it on and off after you told me ... but nothing changed...
