Colour of phone weird

The colour went faded. It's like pail. It seem like the Red colour dissappear 

Like the WhatsApp add is not green it's lime sort of colour.....

Does anyone many know what might have gone wrong?

Go to settings→display→screen mode and choose vivid

Then, try going to settings→accessibility →and then to vision enhancements

Nope not working .... only change the screen to a "colour blind" enhanced colour..... if it's the right way of saying this...?
