Clear cache partition is not working

I'm trying to clear the cache partition of my note 20 ultra but it's not working

Volume up + power button

1.switch off
2.Plug in your USB-C Headphones
3.Hold Vol up then hold power and keep them hold

There is another method.try it of it didn't work i suggest you take it to a service center or factory reset it.
1.Switch off your device
2. Hold Vol up+Vol down
3.plug it yo a running pc or laptop

what will happen it i plug it in laptop while holding those buttons together?
