I just got the Galaxy note 10 plus and the camera quality is very bad, and even on the camera settings you can't find resolution.

This is strange. I have been using my galaxy note 10 plus for over 2 years and the pictures are great. Note 10+ takes great and excellent photos. One of the best phone Samsung has made so far. I would suggest you reset your camera app to default settings. This should fix it
