Camera issue

I use Glaxy Note 10 phone. This is the 1st Samsung phone I have ever brought aftert using iPhone over a decade. Unfortunately I am experienceing troubles with my camera at 1st six month of using the phone. 

Could you tell me why the photos I take in normal and zoom mode looks blury? And how to fix it please. I cleand the camera, updated the camera app, cleared the cash, also checked in safe mode as well, still the photos looks so blury. PLEASE SEE ATTACEHD PHOTOs

PS-: This occurs at normal focus and zoomed. In wide angle mode photos looks okay.

I use a tempered glass cover over my camers lenses. would that be the issue? yes, the phone is still on warranty

then try remo temper glass and check

bcs if sometimes in cold temperatures or water drops on camera module cause the temper glass to get cloudy..
