Ive been a note user since the first note, and now i prouldy say its been a decade with samsung, however i believe it is time to share my only problem with android (not samsung in particular) & the reason i am saying this is that Samsung is the only rival to Apple, i really think if samsung makes a partnership with snapchat & facebook (instagram) and ask them to only fully support samsung high end phones only (to limit the number of devices) i believe in 2-3 years time samsung will some of apple share market, the reason why apply loyalty have jumped to 97% is simply that users are opting for apple mostly for better stories on social media & doesnt make sense to pay high prices and upload low quality content.
During the unpacked event of A52 and A72, Samsung revealed a new partnership by which Snapchat filters are made available in the stock camera app. I wish this kind of partnership to extend with other app developers too so that those apps can make use of the awesome hardware of Samsung Phones.
unfortunately the filters are not enough, its an android predicament, the upload on social media platform is still of low quality, camerax api full access can help with this to some level but the partnerships will be key, as you & I are getting older the new generation will opt for apple just for this reason, and with apple now providing budget phones such the SE that adoptation will be higher, samsung loyalty have dropped and it was on the news couple of the last days, unfortunately we have the hardware but we are not using it fully
Think about this, When the partnership with Microsoft started, Samsung was simply using OneDrive as replacement for Samsung cloud. What about now? With link to windows we can even pair your Samsung phone with a windows 10 PC and can even make calls and use your phones app on PC and they are adding more and more options with every update.
I believe the partnership with Snapchat is a beginning. Hope we scan see some major changes real soon.
