Galaxy MOpen Settings and scroll down to find About Phone and open it.
Then tap on software information.
Now tap on Build number fast for 10 times or until your device asks for your phone password. Enter your password.

Galaxy MOnce done, press back and open settings and scroll won to bottom. You can see a new option called Developer Settings.
In developer option, Scroll down and enable "Force allow apps on external"
Now open the app info page of the app that you want to move, then select storage
Then tap on change button to move it to external SD.
