Inquire about the latest update

I would like to inquire about the latest *security update* for my *Samsung Galaxy A04e*. It has been more than 4 months since I received the last update, and I would like to know if there is a new *security update* available for my device. 

Please guide me on how to update the device or if there is a delay in updates for this phone.
