I installed good lock. I am also in South Africa. There is a way to bypass the geographic discrimination.

Remove your sim card > spoof your geo location with a VPN > open the app info for the Galaxy Store > delete the storage and cache data and then open the Galaxy Store. It always works for me.

An alternative is downloading Fine lock or Nice Lock from the Play store but it's a bit more tedious process since you'll have to manually update and sideload apps.

That's great to hear! I'd recommend setting everything while you are spoofed because Good Lock stops working when you insert your sim card. It **bleep**, but it is what it is... Also, get "One Hand Operation+. It's a game changer if you use the gestures on your phone.
