Trade-in value

I recently evaluated the trade-in value for my Fold5 in anticipation of pre-ordering the Fold 6. To my surprise, the maximum trade-in value offered was only 2205Dhs, which is less than 40% of the original purchase price. This trade-in value reflects Samsung's assessment of the used device's worth.

In comparison, the resale value in the external market is significantly higher.

I hope that Samsung will enhance their product evaluation process and demonstrate greater confidence in their products.

Right now if you preorder and trade in any device you will get a additional 500dhs off the price of the device which helps

If you think about it too you may be able to by any device for less than 500 (ones that they accept) then trade it in and get a bit of cash and 500dhs off then sell your phone on thr external market

I do not believe that will be beneficial. I will wait to have hands-on experience before making a judgment. The primary disappointment is that the stylus is still external, unlike the S24 Ultra.

After handson I felt Fold6 is really well designed. It looks sleeker, lighter and more like S24 Ultra.
