Entertainer Not Working

My entertainer is not working. The coupons are all grey :(

I spoke to a customer service agent and was advised to clear my history and cache and re-download the app. I did so and it's still deactivated. Anyone else experienced this?

The app doesn't show in Benefits either, so can't get the code to activate the app.

Yea I am facing the same issue. I bought the new Samsung s24 plus and they said 1 year free subscription, but they require the code for activation, which samsung hasn't shared

Yes, I too have the issue. And Entertainer asked me to get a new key from Samsung which I'm yet to receive!!

Hey, kindly share a screenshot of the issue along with the IMEI and your Samsung account for further assistance. In the meantime, please follow these steps:

Activate the phone.
Insert a SIM card.
Log in with your Samsung account.
Check for any benefits.
Change the phone language to English.

Im having the same problem. Not sure how to fix this. This was one of the key reasons to switch to samsung for me.
