wifi and Bluetooth

hi people ,I have been having challenges with my Bluetooth and wifi ,it seems like they both stopped working ,when I tab on any of the two features mentioned ,they just keep loading until they go off ,I am kindly asking if anyone has gone through something similar and if you managed to rectify the problem, how did you do it. The help will be highly appreciated.

Try resetting your network settings, Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. 

Check for any software update.

As a last resort, back up your data and perform a factory reset.

hi , thank you for your response , I guess I will have to do a factory reset because I tried resetting my network ,I also tried the soft reset .thank you very much
