Hi , 

I recently received my buds. The right one is not working and I have thrown away the way bill and also have teared  the seal in ugly way. 

What can I do to get the warranty of buds that I can return it.

You may take the buds to the service center with your device proof of purchase and email or sms verification of the buds claim

There is a number on the samsung members page ,just call samsung and see how they can sort you out

I got my phone yesterday from MTN, i am supposed to claim the free buds+ on Samsung Members but i can't find link.
Is there any1 else having the same problem?
Help please.
