Hi good day can anybody tell me how am I able to screenshot a payment that was done via my capitec banking app because it keeps tell me unable to screenshot but from standard app u allowed to screenshot, is there anyway I can change that?

try to hold down volume button and power button at the same time probably it will screenshot.

I can screenshot as normal everything else only on the banking app I can't screenshot

Most banks block the screenshot for security reasons. Why dont you download the proof of payment when you make it? It saves as a PDF which you can then whatsapp to the recipient .
