phone get Restart automatically

Occasionally my Samsung phone A9 Galaxy get restart automatically, any advise or solution to fix this.

First try to scan it with anti virus, secondly turn it to factory reset but keep sure to back it up first...if nothing works go to nearby samsung care.

Also check whether auto restart is turned on.
Search 'auto restart' in settings.
But this feature will not restart your phone while you are using it.
