1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select a Camera.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Reset settings.
5. Tap Reset.

Galaxy AKindly check that you have the latest software version on your device it may resolve the issue.
1.From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2.Tap Settings.
3.Tap About device.
4.Tap Software update.
5.Tap Download updates manually.

Galaxy AI have the exact Same problem. It all started after I did a software update on 22nd October 2020. I have tried force stop, reset, reboot, shut down etc. nothing seems to work.

Galaxy AHi, Nightlyf kindly clear the camera cache.
Follow the steps below to do this:
- From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
- Select Show system Apps.
- Select the Camera App.
- Select Storage.
- Select Clear Cache.
