some apps are not avaliable because google blocks it in some countries, you need to use a VPN to change your device's location and install the apps you need. please do research on this yourself and find VPN that works best for you (Betternet is the one i chose)

I do not think it is the case of vpn app does not work means it would not work this app look like high end devices variables.
