message app not responding

Hello everybody,

I face a problem with me message app(sms) it is not responding and i cant create,receive or send any SMS.

My phone is Galaxy A8+

Any facing the same problem.

How can i solve it?any body can help.

Check wheather you are using any other app for sms.
settings>Apps>options>Default apps.
check wheather messaging is for sms.
Also check it's permissions from the permission manager(from options itself.)
Still not solved, click on 'reset app preferences'(from options) (Read the pop-up carefully)

i checked everything but it is still not working
