Wifi&Bluetooth not switching on

Hi guys, first time in the community

I have an issue currently with my wifi and Bluetooth setting on my Samsung a53.

 When I press the bluetooth icon for it to switch on, it loads and doesn't do anything and stays off.

With the wifi icon, it shows turning on, but doesn't actually turn on and no networks show either.

If you have any advice that would be awesome :)

It wasn't at the time I managed to fix it somehow

My mom's phone does the same it loads and does nothing
I cheched all her settings and it is the same as mine
What could be the problem?
If anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know 🙏

I managed to get it to work the next day by shutting down the phone rather than constantly restarting it and it worked after that you can possibly try that .
