My A21s Usb connection it's not working when I connect using the cable to PC nothing pops up even usb OTG connection nothing happens it only charging a phone

Don't go any where. You are using a cable that only supports charging not data transfer.

Just change your cable.

Use the one that come with the phone if you still have it.
