Absolutely not, June! The issue isn’t just about getting the update — it’s about how it’s being rolled out. It makes no sense that some of us receive it while others are left waiting, even though we’re using the same model. I was fine with the idea of a June rollout initially, but my concern grew when I saw others with the exact same phone get the update while I didn’t. And now, people with older models have it before me? That’s just frustrating.
I get it — Android is fragmented, and Samsung has its own skin on top of it. But if you’re going to promise 4 to 6 years of updates, then deliver on that promise consistently. At this pace, you're risking long-term loyalty. This isn't sustainable. Why not hire more developers or scale your software team so updates can roll out faster? You should be aiming for something closer to Apple’s model: unified, global, timely updates — regardless of whether I’m in Korea, Canada, or Antarctica.
And honestly, it's laughable to see Samsung hyping up One UI 8 when so many of us haven’t even gotten to experience One UI 7. How are we supposed to get excited about the next thing when we’re still stuck behind?
Samsung, you're focusing on side projects that don’t impact the majority of your paying customers while neglecting the core issue: people want their phones to feel supported and up-to-date. That’s the bare minimum. Fix that first.
😭 I crashed out tbh

Are these dates for a certain country or region or for everyone?
